THIS IS THE STORY OF MELANIE, WHO’S ONE OF OUR GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS.
“ Fitness to me is a holistic concept, taking care of my mind and body and striving for overall wellness.
Being “fit” doesn’t mean looking a certain way or seeing a certain number on the scale – it’s much more than that.
Fitness is finding balance between both my mind and body focusing on overall strength and flexibility.
It includes being kind to myself, being forgiving and accepting of my flaws and weaknesses. Taking care of myself through proper nutrition (most of the time), exercise and self-care are top priorities and help me feel like my best self.“
