💜By the end of this phase, you’ll feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your energy and mindset.

💜Here, we’ll dive into Mindful Eating and Joyful Movement—not as tools to “fix” you, but to reconnect with what actually feels good in your body.

💜 You’ll learn how to tune into your hunger, satisfaction, and energy, and how to move in ways that feel nourishing—not punishing.

💜By the end of this phase, food will feel easier, movement will feel joyful again, and you’ll be building a lifestyle rooted in self-respect.

💜Because life happens, and success isn’t linear—we’ll build tools for handling hard days with compassion instead of spiraling. You’ll learn how to self-regulate, reset, and keep going without guilt.

💜We’ll celebrate non-scale victories along the way—like saying no without apology, feeling stronger in your workouts, or looking in the mirror and not flinching.
