A few months ago, I sat down with Avery as a guest on their Podcast, The Truth About Burnout. The timing of this was serendipitous – since I have been struggling with burnout since 2020 and have been really managing my recovery this past year.
I am sure that you feel it, too – the struggle of feeling like your self-worth is tied to your productivity. That you never have enough time for all the things you want to do.
Or not actually knowing how to “rest” because being busy feels so much more comfortable (even when its awful).
