Who Am I?

I am the CEO and founder of Loyobo, a community for women who are sick of trying to be smaller. This isn’t about weight loss. This is about learning how to love your body and feel strong so you can take up more space in your life! Radical body acceptance, Joyful Movement, and Food Freedom.

My Mission

As an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, Body Image and Mindful Eating Coach, my mission is to show women how to write your own rules when it comes to fitness and health. I will be your biggest hype girl along the way.

I am always down for a dance party. When I’m not working, I love going for long walks with my puppy, Archie and cuddling with my cat, Munchkin.
