There are a ton of benefits to including strength training as part of your movement routine or self-care activities. 

– Builds bone density and strength (preventing osteoporosis as you age!)

– Improve your confidence and positive feelings about your body

For me personally, lifting weights helps me with my mental health. It gives me an outlet for my anxious energy and a way to relieve stress. And – it is easier to love and respect my body when I focus on what it can do and achieve!

So – I wanted to share a few of my favourite strength workouts from our On Demand Library with you. If you are new to strength-training or getting back into it, start at the top of the list and work your way down when you are ready for more of a challenge.
