At Loyobo FIT, Mindset is one of the 4 pillars of our Self-Love Formula.

What is Mindset exactly? Mindset refers to your established set of attitudes, your beliefs - about yourself, the world around you and what you value. Our mindset impacts how we are able to show up in our lives, what we think that we are, or are not, capable of, the choices that we make, our self-talk and how we view the people around us (for better or worse).

I (Courtney) started Loyobo FIT because I learned through my own journey just how broken the fitness and health industries are. How the model that the fitness industry presents to us as the answer keeps us stuck and feeling worse. 🤦‍♀️⁠ It's not just about "exercising more and eating less". And believe me - I tried that. Just like I am sure that you have, too. It doesn't work! ⁠

👉 Because loving your body isn't about how you look, how much you weight, or what dress size you wear. ⁠

It is about seeing your worth and, especially as women, celebrating that we are MORE than our bodies and that it is okay to take up space in your life! ⁠

We believe in learning the language of Body Trust! Stepping out of shame and negative self talk to build your confidence and body image. Ensuring you have a tool box of strategies you can use on hard days. This is why we hold weekly Group Coaching Calls to support our members with individualized support, a boost in motivation, community connection, relationship building, and a space for growth and reflection.
