At Loyobo, we practice Mindful Eating, and believe in the importance of food being an enjoyable part of your day.

What is Mindful Eating? Mindful eating, or intuitive eating, is an evidence-based approach to healing our relationship with food. It teaches us how to slow down, how to pay attention to your body’s needs, and understand hunger/satiety. It is a way of eating that is free of food rules. It removes the idea of morality from food - all food is good food and has a place if it feels good in our bodies. It means that it puts YOU back in the driver’s seat and empowers you to make choices that are based on your body, which makes it much easier to create long-term behaviour change.
